Moving Toward Beauty

As summer unfolds, we contemplate these words from Mandy Hale: “There is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others.” What do we do to make the world more beautiful?

Rev. Kevin Jagoe, minister of neighboring Buxmont UU Fellowship, will lead us in worship as we join with Buxmont and The Unitarian Universalist Church of the Lehigh Valley. Rev. Jagoe completed his Master of Divinity at Meadville Lombard Theological School. His background includes more than a decade of work in the nonprofit sector. He was a dedicated lay leader in his home congregation (First Unitarian Society of Minneapolis) and has been on staff with four UU congregations. Prior to seminary, he completed a BA in anthropology, criminal justice, and forensic sciences with minors in psychology and biology as well as a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management. He also obtained a Certificate in Humanist Studies & Leadership from what is now known as the American Humanist Association Center for Education Humanist Studies Program. He is a past Board member of the Unitarian Universalist Humanist Association and is a contributor to the book Humanist Voices in Unitarian Universalism.
