Join us for the 2019 TPUUF Auction! Advance ticket purchase is recommended. Your $15 ticket price entitles you to a tapas-style menu, beverages, desserts, games with prizes and your bidder number for the live auction.

Our theme is Once Upon A Time and guests are encouraged to dress to the theme. A prize will be awarded for the best dressed.

5:00pm Auction Begins – Visit the buffet, grab a beverage from our drink station and mingle with the crowd.

5:30pm till their gone! –  Live Auction – Dinners, Excursions & Service Auction Items bidding will be conducted in a live auction format beginning at 5:30pm.

This community is amazing!  Look at all the wonderful offerings for this year’s auction.  Check out the Auction Program 2019 and start checking your calendars so that you can plan your bidding strategy.  Remember, this year is strictly a live auction for dinners, excursions and services.  TPUUF really came through for our biggest fundraising event of the year and we are able to offer you a lovely variety of special events.

You’ll want to make special note of the 5-night vacation getaway to The Goslings’ Nest Adirondack Chalet.  Start planning with friends and family NOW so you can bid on this great opportunity to vacation near Lake Placid NY.  The chalet sleeps 13, so start getting your crew together now.  This Platinum offer is valued at more than $1750.  Bidding will start at $400.  See the flyer posted in our lobby for additional details and reservation procedures.  The offer is good through October 2020.

Please check any donation offers that you have contributed for accuracy in the program and let Lizzie Vena know if any updates are needed before our April 6^th event.  Printed copies of the program will be available at the door and you will be assigned your bidder number for the live auction.

In addition to our wonderful auction, we invite everyone to dress to the theme…Once Upon a Time…A Storybook Auction.  Get creative and have fun dressing as your favorite literary character.  Special prize for best costume.  We also have a prize for the TPUUFer who brings the most guests.

Additional opportunities for fun and prizes with our Caricatures by Mr. David C. Perry, our special Heads or Tails game, raffles and a 50/50 drawing.  We may even sneak in some more games.  So please be sure to bring along a few dollars in cash so you can play along.

Auction check out is strictly cash or check, so please plan accordingly.  Tickets are $15/person.  Members of our community will not be turned away due to lack of funds, so please speak to Lizzie or Laura privately.  We want everyone to be able to enjoy this wonderful evening of fun and fellowship.

Please note that our pre-check out organizers will need time to pull things together following the close of bidding. An announcement will be made to designate the availability of check-out. At this time, you may proceed down the hall to retrieve your items (already collected for you) and simply bring your invoice to our check-out team. Please enjoy our musical performance and some games while the “scramble team” pulls everything together for easy check out.
